Cette chauffeuse Napoléon III avait à l’origine un style pesant notamment par la présence d’une jupette froncée.  Le challenge etait d’alléger ce mobilier pour qu’il s’intégre au mieux dans une pièce déjà chargée par des rideaux aux motifs fleuris. J’ai donc conseillé à la cliente de retirer complètement la jupette et d’opter pour un tissu plus sobre. Grâce a la pause de ce tissu uni, les détails de finition ressortent mieux.  Cette chauffeuse trouve donc sa vraie place maintenant.
